International knowledge and technology transfer

The Foundation dedicated its mission to international knowledge and technology transfer since its establishment. The aim is to introduce and disseminate state-of-the-art foreign and Hungarian technologies. To achieve these goals PTA joined the two biggest technology transfer network of the world: TII (European Association for the Transfer of Technologies, Innovation and Industrial Information, www.tii.org) and IRC (Innovation Relay Centers) of the EU. As the Hungarian Center of this European network it provides services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and R&D organizations to boost their economic competitiveness. By means of technology audits, transferring technology offers and requests, partner search for EU proposals PTA contributes to their participation in EU R&D projects disseminating the benchmark scientific and technology results.
